Today’s recipe for turkey and gravy noodle bake is courtesy of my Mom … and it is certainly a classic comfort dish.
We talk a lot at my work about making sure people realize turkey isn’t just about the whole bird, mashed potatoes, and gravy. But sometimes you just need a hotdish like this one in your arsenal!
After all, what’s not to love about noodles, turkey, and gravy, am I right?
How will you #tryturkey this week?

Can you make this with simply spaghetti noodles?
Hi Kristina! Yes, absolutely – you can could sub spaghetti noodles for this. I’m thinking you could go with approximately the same amount (not quite a full 16 oz box of spaghetti noodles) and you would be just fine! Let me know how it turns out!
