My weekend was a LuLaRoe whirlwind, peeps, so I had exactly zero time to blog at all. That’s the bad news.
The good news is I had three excellent sales so that makes my LuLaRoe self a very happy girl!
I was also brilliant enough last week to plan ahead for Turkey Tuesday and give this Jennie-O Turkey Store recipe a try. Sometimes I feel like I could conquer the universe, while other days I can’t find my phone, which I’m holding in my hand.
C’mon. Admit it. This happens to you too. 😉
So this recipe … it’s quite savory and delicious. Personally I think it’s just as at home for supper as it is for breakfast. (And this is not just because we had it for supper last week.) I think it has to do with the mix of Alfredo sauce and Ranch dressing and Mozzarella cheese.
I know, right? I mean my goodness.
And did I mention the turkey sausage, abundance of hash browns, biscuit dough, and eggs? A full dozen eggs! If you have chickens at home, this is definitely the recipe for you!
Oh if you’re like my family, you get distracted by eggs, realize there is a super funny egg Snapchat filter available, and do this:
Joe and I have exactly way too much fun sometimes! 😉
Anyway, give the recipe a whirl and let me know what you think!
Until next time … xoxo
